Bishal Rai has an MA in International Relations, and has over 14 years of experience in project management, grants management, monitoring & evaluation, and in communications. Prior to joining UNOPS in February 2023 as Project Management Senior Associate, Bishal Rai worked for 12 years in Save the Children in Bhutan as Sr. Manager for Program Development, and with additional responsibilities in Grants Management, Media & Communications, Donor Engagement & Resource Mobilizations. He began his career as a Journalist for the national newspaper, Kuensel, in Bhutan.
